I quite like it as it is, Steven, myself. However it also gives people the option to use one of the infinite nicknames that can be drawn from it. I get, Stevo, Steve, Stevie, Stevie-boy, Stephan, Stephano and one guy was fond of calling me Stevvs lol.

I quite liked my name up until a few years ago, when I realised it's actually quite a rubbish name and I shouldn't like it just because I'm called it :P

Jordan is just far too common, I know loads of people called it. Have a look around on HabboxForum and you can see how popular it is. Generally the people in real life called Jordan are quite chavvy etc too, if I meet someone called Jordan I always suspect they're a **** and my predictions are always correct. There's probably not too much logic to it but anyways.

It doesn't sound very sophisticated either, "jaw" and "don" are a pair of particularly dull syllables.

Edit: I can't believe I've just had a full on rant about my name, I'm going to have to tell it my parents one day :L

Well no one calls me by my real name, Jonathan. But I like Jon, except for the fact that it's almost the same as the name John, so some people think I'm just called John instead. Almost everyone calls me Jon, except some random people, like for example my ICT teacher calls me Jonny for some reason, and my old local shop keeper used to call me Jonnythan.

Nicola

I used to really hate my name, but I don't mind it so much now.

I only used to like being called "Nicki" or "Nic".

It really bugs me when people spell it "Nichola" though because I don't like it spelt that way and that's not how mine's spelt!

I hated Robert as a kid but I kind of like Rob. Only thing I don't like is that Rob is so short and easy to remember because I am the worst at remember other people's names. I do love the transitions of Robert though; Rob, Robbie, Bob etc :P I also like the history behind my surname.

Do get Ste occasionally although not as much as you might think for some reason. Guy who called me Stevvs also called me Ste but he was really the only one.

Not think Jonathon or Jonny is a bit more interesting than Jon? Because of the whole John Smith, John Doe thing.

its too scottish :(

I like my name (Sian) :)
I normally do the little accent thing over the 'a', it supposed to help people pronounce it, although its not exactly difficult...
The only thing I dont like is that some idiots think its Shaun, as if it looks like Shaun!!

Either that or they pronounce is Cyan...ARGGGH
Orrr spell it 'Sain' and then they might as well add 'burys' on the end of it.

I don't mind mine, but I wouldn't mind changing it. The thing is my name sort of has a back story to it, lol. I was born at 12:07am on December 19th, but for some unknown reason, the nurse put down my birth time as 0:07, which when she looked at said it was like 007, James Bond, which my mum found funny. So she thought about naming my James, but she didn't think I suited it, so she changed changed it slightly to Jamie :P. I was gonna be called Darren at first, and my dad suggested Douglas, but my nan refused to talk to him again if he named me Doug xD!

If I were to change my name, I would change my first name into a middle name and have my first name as Joshua. I've always liked it and I found out my nan used to call me it when I was younger cause I looked like her brother who was called Josh :P.
