Can't Log In To Habbo!

I tried to put in my habbo name and password, which I know for a fact is correct, I've put it in about 5 times, each time making sure it's correct, and it says incorrect password, I've tried to go on the forgot password bit, and it says please enter your correct e-mail address! I've sent a message to habbo but it won't be resolved till Monday probably. Has it happened to any one else?

log in with your email that you have registered your account to, then put in your habbo password and see if that works!
