started about 5 minutes ago, every page I load on this site my anti-virus gives me a page infected popup warning.
Some people are having problems accessing the forum because of DNS problems with BT. I am not aware of anyone else having any problems of this sort. What AV do you use?

I've been having all kinds of problems getting on the forum just now :'( Are you with BT? A little while back when trying to get on the forum it was redirecting me to this weird link with "stop" in it or something. I think it is most likely something to do with BT. At least the forum is working now! :D

BT seem to be having DNS issues. Although it is reporting that Habbox sites and other fansites are now working for them again. You can always try and flush the DNS. (Window Users: Open up CMD > Type: ipconfig/flushdns )

I have to ask what's the point of this alert?
It seems that the Internet Service Provider BT are having DNS issues which are causing problems for people trying to access HabboxForum, Habbox.com or HabboxLive. If this occurs for you we reccommend flushing your DNS, by loading Command Prompt and typing: ipconfig/flushdns.
We apologise for any inconvenience although highlight this is a problem with the Service Provider BT.
Surely if you can't view HabboxForum you can't view the message? Just an observation.

We are currently looking into this issue however at this moment we can assure you there is no threat posed by HabboxForum.com

It's more than likely that your anti virus is picking up upon an advert that it doesn't like, this has happened before.

I question why there is a page and a bit of posts about DNS issues when he is asking about anti-virus issues? Could someone wiser than me inform me how they are connected please?
What anti-virus do you use and what internet browser are you using when you get the popups?

They were two issues at the same time of the evening. So both were posted in here, not really a big issue as both were resolved. :)

Hmm, it must be a certain advert triggering it. You could try blocking ads using something like Adblock Plus on firefox, but I don't know if that'd work.
We can't do anything for you our end unless we find out which advert it is.

A stock image advert always appears afterwards so maybe blocking that ad catagory would fix it.

Next time it happens can you take a screenshot of the advert? And any other information you think we would need about it and I'll speak to jin about getting it removed.

Example of a couple of the ads that show:

There was one from another stock photo site but that hasn't showed up today so far.

Hmmm interesting. Basically there it's showing an url to one of our adverts which is causing your virus protection to do that, if we get the url we can get the ad gone.

It's back.. its the google ads again and the same ones too. All stock image website ads bring up the virus alert.
This problem is wide spread which google need to deal with since its on youtube ads and other sites too, but they seem to not even know about it. Maybe HxF could switch ad provider until this problem blows over?
I am pretty sure we're changing ads soon anyway. I would assume Google will be sorting this quickly if it's happening to a lot of places - it must have been reported?

It could also be your AV picking up harmless stuff and it believes it is malware.
