Sorry if I sound like an idiot asking this.
I have just bought a new TV which has Freesat HD built in.
Without sounding like a pillock, do I need it to be plugged into a satellite dish to receive this?
Thanks.

Yes you do.
Freeview on the other hand just uses a standard aerial.

I do believe a different aerial from the "standard" which is normal tv (1,2,3,4,5) is required for freeview...
By the looks of it you only need a normal freesat aerial for this... the box does the rest...

Nope, you can get freeview through a normal arial, the signal tends to be slightly sub-par though.
