i like it, the dress it a bit weird down the left side with the sticky outy bit, it might look better straight, but i think its really good :)
how do you do it?

I just get a habbo template and change the colours and add stuff to it on paint.

The dress is REALLY square. You seemed to have drawn it freely if you get what I mean, whereas you should do it pixel by pixel to get the best result and the roundness of a dress.
I'd comment on the hair but the screen I'm using isn't the best.
