The hair is ment to be tied back to a bulb with a big hair clip its cus pregnant women tend to get stressed and cant be botherd to fuss with long hair.
I made a pregnant lady cus my mum was pregnant 2 years ago and to tease her i made this, trying to point out how they look from my point of view.

The isometrics on the stomach are off, it sort of looks like her stomach is detached and is gradually moving away from the rest of her body. Also the hair needs more work such as repositioning, and the shading need a lot of improvement as well.
