Habbo Staff aren't that intelligent they got state education ffs.
Theoretically state education is better than Private Education, you leanr in bigger groups where you won't get that much attention and basically learn by yourself. In College you're in a bigger situation than in Private School and the jump from Private to College is horrible, while in State School you are basically used to it.

By the way you can get very clever people in State School.
