I don't think you can beat the classic Fawty Towers to be honest :P

But talking modern day Green Wing was pretty funny.

I don't know of all time, but was watching Outnumbered before and I know that once those kids grow up, it will be a sad day for TV.

No one does funny TV shows anymore, its a shame, with the exceptions of Everybody Loves Raymond, South Park and Two and a Half Men, so classics all the way. Fawlty Towers and Only Fools & Horses. Apart from those present ones.
