Seen a lot of people (trying to) sell BBB's for over 2t for some reason in our hotel being convinced that they will go up in the merge more.
When asking why people think they go up more I get the response: Because they are over 1000hc on .com!!!
Well yet again as in my earlier RBB post, The value sites are all outdated, and when you go to the actual hotel you can see that BBB's are going for 1030c at the moment with 7 offers.
A Throne on .com has the value of 1285 average which means that they actually sell bbb's under the price of a single throne.
So what I'm trying to say here is: If you have BBB's go and sell them now while they are high since they are not going up after the merge anymore.
Keep in mind that all value sites of the other hotels are outdated and that you actually have to go on the hotel and see if for yourself.
