Teenuz Redesign

Following the feedback from my recently opened website - www.teenuz.com - about it's "repulsive" layout, ive decided to redesign it and give it a more polished, mature look. What you see below is the 3rd version of this planned redesign. I've been reworking it over the last week or two, but now i'd like to share it with others and get some feedback and constructive criticism before I begin coding it.

So, what do you think of it? What could I do to improve it? All feedback is appreciated :]

Something doesn't look right to me. It looks like a design we would see in like 2008, I'm not sure why though. Try checking out these blogs for inspiration on design:
