Profile field: Habbo Name

The ' Habbo Name (CA)http://www.habboxforum.com/images/hxf_site/misc/userfield_edit.gif (http://www.habboxforum.com/) ' field is no longer needed so should be removed :P (US/CA merged)
And obviously the AU, SG, UK, ones will be able to be removed once we all merge to US but that hasn't happened yet. Also, the US could be renamed to EN, maybe :)
