no - if anything it stops anti sociable behavior by keeping people off the street
On the other hand, people get all sorts of information from the net that could contribute to their behaviours
I'd say it depends how you use the internet

i dont think its anti-social if you're speaking to people.
if you spend your days killing people online yes!

Yeah it can be, afterall sitting on the net all day is hardly social. That being said i use it to organise things and talk to people so its ok in moderation.

Before the internet, people watched a lot of tv. Now we tend to interact with people from all over the world. Okay, it's just as addictive but at least it's interactive. I've found SO many friends and it helps me with most of my interests.
Now, communicating via facebook instead of ever calling anyone? Yeah that's antisocial.
