On a family basis it would be This Is How It Goes by Billy Talent. It was about one of the band members getting multiple sclerosis. I can relate to that stuff in terms of cancer, being a big killer in my family.
On a more personal level it would have to be Overrated (Everything Is) by Less Than Jake. Sums up my thoughts perfectly on getting drunk and having sex.
