Press Ctrl and F5 does the problem still occur?

but navigation has gone and the side thing has gone

Close it and open it in another window it normally works for me when that happens

only radio has gone now

It could be something to do with the amount of toolbars you have installed and possible, conflicting anti-virus programs which come with firewalls etc. Try uninstalling them and clearing your cache etc.
