Flash MX is for creating SWF animations
Its not good for making a site and its not good for newbies

FrontPage - DreamWeaver none free but can get trials like 30 / 10days :)
FrontPage is gd for newbies but I recomend Dreamweaver if you want advanced site useing PHP and MySQL but to explore the advanced features you do need a bit of advanced codeing skills. Woof like the new habb-extreame but I think you should make the layout fit without scroll bars :)

u open the image in dreamweaver and above there is codes . just copy them and ur done ! :)
