Basically upload an image somewhere and get the URL that goes directly to the image e.g. http://gihabbo.co.uk/alterations/GommeInc/ElephantPlastico.gif which goes straight to an image.

The put these tags in INSERT LINK HERE (Insert link here being the url that goes directly to the image.

And it should come out like this:

http://gihabbo.co.uk/alterations/GommeInc/ElephantPlastico.gif
