Twinks

Is it still possible to make twinks, i used to love my 19rouge but with the new xp in battlegrounds is it even possible to make one?

yep you can set an XP lock, can't remember where but there is someone in the cities to do it.

but if u put on the xp lock then you're in a basically twink only BG so...

You gotta go to the BG leaders to get the XP lock i believe :)

I heard they went into extinction when xp lock came out and people were queueing for hours for a BG. I think I saw an active server for either 39 or 49 twinks but that was a while ago.
