One day i came on and all Microsft Related Programs (Paint, Word etc..) Where not transparent, how do i turn the transparancy on? :D

To try the high contrast thing:

CTRL ALT Prntscrn then do it again.

Hey,

go to control panel > appearance and personalisation > personalisation > window colour and appearance

check that "transparency" is checked and, if it isn't, check it, if it is, check the intensity of colour isn't at the top, adjust it to your needs (:

maybe try a diffrent software like photoshop or gimp

^ What he said. I can't see any issues with it :S The top part of the window is transparent :S

Have you recently just changed your wallpaper as it could be darker than your old one making windows look less transparent ;)

The file button is dark and crap for a start, it looks like its either in high contrast mode or on the basic theme. You're using normal windows 7 and not remote desktop aren't you?
