depends if it's a SMS (mobile phone) or any other...
ask the seller what method he bought it with,
go to 'upgrad my account'
follow the steps to the method of purchase.

lol I did this yesterday (im a noob too, they changed the method from last time i bought p2p, that's my nooby excuse).

upgrade account, follow all the instructions then enter the pin code (even though it says phone number, ignore it). it'll tell you to enter it again then bob's your uncle, you're a member. :)
although you will need to know how he bought it. :D

no.
wrong bled.

if it's an SMS pin click 'SMS surfpin' if it's a home phone bought 'Home phone' or whatever.

make up a phone number when it asks you for a phone number then continue and page where you enter the pin should come up.

don't worry bro, there's a first time for everything.. No offense but the seller might take advantage of you. There is a high probability the pin will be invalid. What shurlup said is completely true. Follow his steps
