most free sites are either:
not php enabled
Or
They won't let you CHMOD file (needed to do cutenews)
if you can do all that then simply unzip the folder to your website, CHMOD the /data file and all files inside it then go to
www.yourdomain.com/cutenews/
and it should start an auto install for you
its simple really! inly thing is so many newbs use free hosting and most free hosting is stupid so you cant do anything with it xD
