Just wrote a quick PHP tutorial to help fill up my site.

http://apolva.co.cc/guides?p=phpbasics

Topics covered:
Outputting data, variables, data comparison (if/else), inputting data (GET/POST) and XSS (briefly)

Disclaimer:
Don't have a go at me if some of it's not strictly true/accurate, it's written for noobs ;)

Anyway please tell me what you think :)

Apart from a horrible coding style and a few really pointless bits and bobs, not too bad.

Also, PHP is a recursive acronym, the first P stands for PHP and so on and so forth.

Basic, very basic.
This will help alot of noobs but you need to expand on more examples and more subjects :)

Like already said, very basic but its pretty good for introducing people.
Also, as Jewish Bear said - PHP = PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor.

If its already been said, why repeat? Necessary? lol

Id add more to this, look on other sites for more :)

I was also correcting the error on the website which stated it as "PHP Hypertext Processor" rather than Preprocessor
