Two new layouts / rate? feedback?

Had some spare time and needed to design two layouts, one for myself and one for a client.

This is for a file upload site (done very quick as they wanted it simple). Designed for a client.

This is for a security website I am thinking about opening. Just a rushed design tbh but im happy with final result as it just booms at your eyes :P

The first one the background doesnt really match the bar & the table in the middle

The second one i wouldn't reccomend red & green as a combo, it's hard on the eyes. However if you do go for red and green, be sure to tone them down to a more pastel shade
