is it normal for the forum to go down for an hour or so at about 12pm my time (2am i think your time)? it always gives a server 500 error...

I think this will need to be fixed if you want to go international tbh. :(

Yeah, that's when the server conducts our daily back-up :) It goes for about 2 minutes.

I've only really experienced it once and that was for about 2 minutes, I think. It certainly isn't down for longer than 15 usually?

For me, on a normal night it only goes down between 3:12am and 3:17am (for said server stuff) occasionally it goes down at other times during the night, but this is the main time which sticks out for me xD Will monitor it tonight and note down any other times :D
