A system like rate my pictures or hate

Looking for a good advance system that where you could click good or hate on pictures ect.

Cant find one on the internet? No problem..I pay for a coder to code me one if your good!

Erm there is a Habbo version I think. But its on HabboEmotion.

I yes but its just the rating image that is habbo so you can just change the image.
