Hey guys,

I recently went to turn on my laptop and it won't go any further then the "Windows Corp" loading screen and apparently has a start up problem. I've tried running the start up repair program about 5 times with no result, is there anything I could do to possibly make it work, or will I have to get it repaired?

As you can probably tell I am not technically savvy a tall, I don't even know if this is in the correct forum lol

+rep to anyone who helps!

cheers x

As soon as you turn it on, keep tapping F8 key, it should then give you a list of options.

Select "Safe Mode" and hit enter, wait for that to start up, then try System Restore in control panel

If Safe Mode has the same problem, you may need to reinstall windows with the disc provided when you bought the laptop.

I shall see if this works! +rep
