Just wondering if anybody could help me with a virgin media problem rather than phoning them up and waiting half my life for them to come round?
Basically, i plugged my standard virgin box back in yesterday night, and the channels i should be receiving such as Bravo and Dave etc show that i don't have them - when i defiantly do in my package.
I posted this on a cable hacking site and they said that virgin have probably noticed that i haven't been using my box and cut it off, surely they aren't allowed to do this lol, when im paying for services?
So yeah, does anybody know how to "re-set" the box or something to get my channels back that i pay for in the package?
