If England don't win the World Cup (lol) and get knocked out will you cry? Apply it to what ever country you're supporting if it's not England :)

on a side-note, I dont think ive cried at anything since year 6... my teacher told me off and said that I should be a man so I'm not allowed to cry :P

I cried in '98 but I doubt I will now. It depends on the circumstances of the loss.

With laughter lol.
But with spain I wouldn't cry lol. I would if it was early, but if we get into semis I will be v happy. Would hurt more though thinking about it losing in like the final!

No. Depends on the circumstances but probably not. Only time i've cried over football is the CL Final we lost.
Give me: Arsenal winning the CL, or England winning the WC, I'd take Arsenal as I've been an Arsenal supporter all my life, I'm only an England supporter for about 2 months every 2 years.

I am welsh. I will smile, laugh and thank the Lord for this wonderous day.

But this time I wont cry/ care much :}

i certainly won't cry, it will simply be just another day :)
If we win I'll cry tears of joy. I will probably shed tears depending on the circumtances of the loss. For example if we got into the final and it was a really close game and we lot I probably would out of a mixture of frustration and sadness.

If there's a chance at all of me crying then it'll be the Slovenia game because I'll be watching it at Glastonbury but that means we get knocked out at the group stage which isn't happening lol. But nah, there's been much more serious things I've expected to cry at but didn't.
If we dont beat usa 4-0 im gonna cry. it means were not gonna win the wc.
Remember what i said folks, if we beat USA 4-0 we shall win the world cup, if we dont then we wont get past semi's

Not a team to be under estimated.
As many of my footballing predictions have been right, this by far has to be the most prestigous one. as usa are fairly decent and if we win 4-0 we have a very good chance of going the distance, until we meet brazil ofc

Can't say I see the logic, unless it's just that because the USA are a decent team, beating them well means we have a strong chance to go far? Wouldn't count on it myself
I dont see any logic in any of my predictions within sport. i bet on 2 horses in the grand national and came 2nd and 3rd, said ages ago on here that the score would be 3-1 and it just so happened that in the 92nd minute.. they scored to make it 3-1. So, i just make one of my few and far between predictions and most of the time they come true :)

I always get ******* 2nd on the National!!!
no i won't unless it's like heartbreaking like when united got knocked out of the CL this year. Depends how far we get really if it's group it will be like meh no one cares but if it's the final the nation will weep.

I dunno, I probably wouldn't even if I found football interesting, but I'd be pretty pissed.

I'm in support of England but I do not think we will win, it just doesn't seem like the passion is there. However saying that there is still always that chance they do.
So no I will not cry, as them being knocked out is inevitable although I would love for them to bring it home as the atmosphere would be absolutely amazing!!
It's just a case of having to wait and see!

Yeah ill probably cry, i cried the last world cup when they got knocked out.
Sorry for being passionate.
i don't get what's wrong with crying? crying means you were passionate about something. it's just like that old saying, rather to have loved and lost, than to have never loved at all. hope can pay off, and when it does it's far more satisfying than being pessimistic.

Never said I would. I'm just saying, he's saying it like he's proud. I should have made it clearer that nor is it something to be ashamed of, but flaunting one's masculinity, or lack of isn't too proud of a moment, surely? All the guys in here saying "nah, I'm not a git big girl" annoy me just as much. I'm not going to cry, but if you want to, go ahead. Just don't act hard about not crying. And if any guy reading this thinks it's cool to be feminine, then you annoy me even more. No, girls do not see you as more sexually attractive if you're girly. The limit goes that girls like a man who looks after himself. And you can do that without being camp. Girl's may associate better with you, because you can talk about what concealer you use, but I get along with girls just fine and that's without flaunting and being proud of myself. Basically, what I'm saying is, it's no one's place to flaunt their manners as if it makes them better people. And if a big butch, beardy man wants to cry, ******* let him.
Neither is crying over a game.
football is not just a game

I'm not passionate about football and Ireland are not even in the World Cup. I dont see why people are hating on someone crying. Football is a career for some people, others are extremely passionate about it.
I was so ****ed off when France lost the world cup to Italy in '06 so I wouldn't cry but scream my head off at the TV
