Looking for help on buying/building new pc {+REP if the system works)

Ok in july its my birthday, i have £300 budget and only need a few parts. ill tell you what i have off the top of my head and you can build around.

2gb ram
ATI Radeon HD 3650
AMD Phenom x4 2 (something like 4650)
Dvd drive
Probably psu too


Im looking for a very cool and quiet system. I strongly want 2gb more ram so add that first, then go for whatever you think is best.
