Heya,

Does the support of the UK hotel work at this moment, or have they stopped taking support tickets until after the merge because I've sent something regrading a banned account from a while back (got hacked) and I've still gotten no response even though it said to give 24-48 hours.

Anyone know anything about this?

They should really keep on top of the tickets even though the merge is apparently happening. They're dragging it on way too long to even think about stopping their main form of support.

All the support staff have been made redundant so you're better off sending an email a week or so into the merge when everything is settled in.

Nope, haven't been any errors at all, said it was sent successfully. Must have been the reasons that Garion said, useless support ;l.

Better of emailing, Habbo needs to hire more staff. :P

Grig i have heared a roomer that some of the staff have been messing arould with it so they have been suspened so you might want to keep sending it in that wat i heared
