View Full Version : as we all haven't merged yet...
A temporary thing to do, effectively and immediately is to possible have prefix's for the hotels, as people are posting news from the .com site, which isnt the same in the UK hotel which hasn't merged yet and its rather confusing, so to have that nowish before the merge to save confusion would be great..

The merge will be occurring very soon, and news from .com (whether it happens now or after the merge) will affect us all.

I think it's fine as it is. I really don't think we will be waiting too much longer, and as Oli has said, most of the news on .com will affect us very soon anyway, as the furni releases/events on .com will most likely still be in effect when we are merged into them. I think we are the only English hotel left to merge anyway, so it's really only distinguishing things from the .com hotel and ours at the moment, which shouldn't be too hard to spot. I'm hoping the merge will be on Monday. :D
at this second im reading news from .com thinking it affects me when it doesn't its stupid :S that why I said effective immediately.
Just abbreviate news from the UK hotel as everything else has merged, shouldn't be a hard thing to do for a few days. But then again the question is, is it really worth the effort just for a few days.

That is true but we are hoping very soon, so there is no point when you are going to have to get used to how that forum is at the moment. Most .com news will be affecting the UK players sooner or later anyway!
