Well I am underweight. My BMI should be like 20, but its only 19 and I am really skinny. But its weird, cos I'm quite muscely but you wouldnt expect it. I only look normal weight when I'm fully naked and you can see all my muscles, but apart from that I look skinny and I'm not gonna strip to everyone so that they can see I'm not anarexic. But trust me, it looks weird. Muscles on a skinny guy?
So I was wondering, what could I do to put on some more meat? I eat loads of crisps, pizza's and stuff but I eat really healthy too. But I dont seem to put any weight on?

well 19 is nothing considering 20's average.
mine is 15.1, im underweight but i'm not skeletal or anything. i'm healthy so the number means nothing.
it's the same with me, my arms and legs are skinny which is what most people see but it's not as though my stomachs toned nor am i flatchested so we're in the same boat;)
my doctor said there's nothing you can do if it's genetics, you should just enjoy it. one thing that helped me was exercise because it shifts my weight all over not just my top half, i don't mean just building up muscles but cardio aswell. i'm no expert but that's what i was told to do ;p

18 and under is underweight, so 19 is fine. Regardless of that, BMI is ridiculously off and doesn't take anything like build and metabolism into account. If you're muscley enough for how you want to look and you feel healthy then just keep on as you are, no sense fattening yourself up just to satisfy a meaningless number on a flawed chart.

just pig out and don't move lol
but no on a more serious note, you should watch your calorie intake (see if that's the reccomended 2500 a day) and make your portion sizes bigger. if you want exatra help, i know weighlifters eat loads of potatoe and stuff (don't know why you should research it)

hmm, the comment 'im really picky about food' might explain the root of the problem, if you're picky you might be missing out on the food that you're body needs hence your skinny frame, it's although your body is getting the correct foods for muscle growth but not not the correct ones for body fat

but i just cant eat the other food.. it makes me really sick. i also have the problem that.. i dont feel hunger. normally when people are hungry they say "damn im propa hungry" but i cant feel it unless i actually think in my head "am i hungry" then i get this weird sick feeling in my belly which means im hungry.. so most of the time im probs hungry, but dont feel it?

You may well have a high metabolism.
Drink loads of protein shakes, and as already said look at your calories intake.
I'm 17, and my BMI is 24, but I often take part in military-endurance activities.

My cousin was like that because he was really small as a baby then when he hit 16 he was still far too skinny. He took these tablets to put on weight or something and he gained some and looked normal again. I don't know what tablets they were but they turned out great. He had to go on a diet after taking them but then you eat normally or something so it was pretty good.

Do what I did to put on weight.
Eat your normal calorie intake and then drink two calorie milkshakes on top. This put me up to the 3200 calories a day I needed to start putting weight on. Whilst I drank them I put on 6lbs in about 10 days.

I wont. I'll probs get round to buying it in a few days!
Just eat more, **** protein shakes.
I kinda never experienced being underweight but I used to be overweight for like 15 years of my life.. till i stopped eating unhealthy and carried on lifting/ playing rugby.
try and eat about 500+ calories above your maintenence which is probably around 3,000. Try to cut as much excercise out as possible.
When you reach a healthy weight maybe then you can start bulking and joining a gym. I wouldn't reccommend joining a gym straight away as you don't really want to increase your metabolism anymore.
