Looks better quite a bit however I think the hat looks slightly misshapen and the teeth need some detail :P

didnt see the animation, well why is the torso downwards using black lines but the head doesn't :P

Second one's face is a little weird, but I love them. So cute. >:)

Big improvements :) The only criticism is the face shape, looks really flat :) But apart from that quite good, a little more detail on the teeth but that's a really tiny aspect which is almost un-noticeable. But because of the improvement I'm gonna give you some rep :L +rep ;)
