Ok so on my new laptop im having problems accessing the internet, it worked yestaday but now its gone cockeyed. Im using Nvidia nForce Network Controller (x64), I have installed/uninstalled the drive around 3 or 4 times and still my laptop is not picking up any wireless devices.

Its really starting to annoy me now, so could anybody please help?

Thanks.

Wrong driver perhaps?

Plug it into your router with a wired connction and then right click the Wireless card and tell it to Update, then select Windows Update, it should grab the right driver.

Start -> Right-click "My Computer" -> Properties ->"Hardware" tab -> Device Manager;
Then select "Network adapters" -> Right-click on your wireless card -> Properties;

Then try:
- disabling it, restarting and enabling again
- "Update" driver
- "Roll back driver" if it's there.

This was for XP, so on Vista/7 expect some differences.

OOI, does it say it's "working properly"?
