Let's say I made a room for an event, would I be allowed to ask an event staff to come host that game and host it in my room etc etc?

As far as I know, you can't. Event organisers use their own rooms so it is much easier for them to do things. Like kick and ban, picking up furni, moving things. It's just a lot easier in their owns room. If you think you make good events then you could wait for applications because we are wanting more international staff. ;)
