My eating pattern has been all over the place in the past half a year and now its really starting to make me feel sick. :(

On weekends and holidays I didn't eat breakfast until 12 or even 3pm, just because I didn't really feel hungry. Also i'd eat snacks only when I was hungry really and dinner everyday.

Unfortunately when I do need to eat breakfast (even a little later than normal) I feel like it makes me need to vomit, infact once I actually did. Trying to fix my eating pattern which will be harder than it was before it went a little haywire.

Do you guys think nerves from exams are probably adding on to this?

And for those only starting to not eat to a schedule, i'd advise you don't because it feels very bad and the need to vomit feeling can sometimes last for quite a while.

ive noticed recently ive started eating less (like not eating dinner), but im just passing it off as exam stress. Which is probably not helping for you either. Never had any experience though with the vomit feeling so can't say i know how to help you wit that.

When I have no money left, I don't at all. Like for the last three days, all I have had is half a pizza and a mcflurry.

I'm the same as far as eating breakfast goes - hardly have it on holidays when I lie-in but at the same time when I'm up early for uni I'm never hungry. Besides I've been out so much lately and hardly at home so I basically live off Maccies or wherever else I go to eat with friends :P

Exams totally messed up my eating too, it was so scary. A schedule for everything does work though and if you're hungry between meals then eat fruit, you don't feel as guilty. :)

Oh I have that problem too, I couldn't do anything about it and it got so bad I had to see a doctor...

Most people will find infrequent meals are best. You will end up eating at similar times every day (or wanting to) because of the hunger hormone leptin.
N.B: In hindsight infrequent probably won't be possible for the average teen who's blood sugar levels are constantly spiking up and down because of a poor diet rich in carbs.
