Heya,

What's this new rank 'Staff Super Staff'? :P

Basically,

Community SS (CSS) are the SS that are incharge of the community based activities for HxHD, like staff bonding, quizes, quests etc

Staff SS (SSS) are SS that write reports and look out for staff, they can discipline them to an extent.


Ontop of that they have their normal SS duties, and we oversee everything they do, and get involved so we're not just leaving them to it, just made their roles a bit more meaningful and fun to do :)

:| Seem pretty pointless to bring in such roles, make it look like you and David have nothing to do lol :S

Well the SS were saying that they wanted something else to do, as understandably working up to get rights in a room, and an extra forum is hardly worth it. So we gave them extra responsibilities they wanted. We oversee everything, and do as much work as we normally do :S

yeah the head DJs that got scrapped(?) because it was too much like a management role. I don't see how yourself and David cant deal with the staff yourself not as if there is loads of them. I see the point of the community one but creating a staff one is pretty pointless. I don't think 'Because they wanted more to do' is a reason to create a new staff role just for them lol.

Well iots working out fine, considering the Staff SS are probably in HxHD more and can monitor staff more. They help us around generally and it's good to have extra support with a group of about 21. Especially when me and David can't be in there 24/7

Right...I thought all the SS were there to report back to you about staff? I still don't see how 'because they wanted more to do' is a reason to create new roles, especially roles so close to a management role i.e dealing with staff etc.

Can this thread be moved to feedback to get some other peoples feedback on it as other people have spoke to me about replying to the thread, thanks.

Staff SS and Community staff SS gives us something to do other than just post report notes, if it's not directly hurting anyone there's no harm done by it.
