I've tried everything and it hasnt worked, even months before the merge it wouldnt work, Basically i can log into habbo and open the client it loads up then when the rooms directory is suppose to pop up it logs me out or disconnects me.

This has only ever happened on the .com habbo no other hotels.

Ive changed browsers, ip address, Flash ID address, made numerous of accounts and i still have this problem

any other ideas?

This is an extremely, and I meen extremely rare client problem, I know its rare because i thought I was the only one with it, I asked on the Habbo Facebook page, and everything, no replies... But I could log on on other computers, now, I can log on normally now, just a few days after the merge was very firstly announced...
Guess how long I had to wait?
7 months.
Yep, I e-mailed Sulake and everything, they suggested like 100 things, none worked, It's just total patience... Could be 1 month, a year, 10 years... For me was 7 months, I made this account specially for this reply anyway, and from what I've seen, we are (me were) the only 2 people experiencing this...

I asked around the Facebook pages, all over Habbo on other computers and everything! :)

I'm having a slightly different problem with the client where it would come up with the black screen with the loading bars, however the loading bars dont seem to fill and it wont work at all. It is ever since they updated the client to R54, I know its forbidden but I've even tested logging into Retro's with R54 with the same problem.

As for contacting Habbo/Sulake via the new ticket system, its useless and they never get back to you, they never have in the past. I'm actually at the point of phoning them and if that doesn't help, I'll even take legal action to retrieve the money I've lost and paying for VIP and not being able to use it!

If you hear from them anytime soon, please let me know :)

:l This happens to me aswell, when I load the client, it loads like normal then when it should show the hotel interface it redirects me to the log out page.

I've used the new help system and all they do is suggest clearing cookies, cache etc and to reply back.

You can't. Read the terms and conditions.

Maybe just wipe your entire computer and start from scratch.

I can load the client, but somtimes, if i click the catalogue somtimes, i just disconnect or riderects me to the logout page, only does is about 5 times a day for me though, u must be very unlucky
