I knew someone would post something stupid like this. It's his money, that he earnt. He didn't need to give anything to Charity, yet he did.

Also 96 is obviously a more relevant sum to donate and has more meaning to it. The money itself is irrelevant in my eyes - it's the gesture and what it means. It proves to me one last time that Rafa really does love Liverpool Football Club and I pity the fools who say otherwise.

Thank you Rafa, you will be greatly missed.

I read that Rafa was entitled to something like a £20 million payoff if they wanted him to leave, he obviously cares for the club as he didnt take the full amount - coupled with this gesture I think it was really nice of him, he seems really genuine.

If he got fired he would have been entitled to £15-20 Million, but because he left he got £3 Million. Would have risen to £6 Mill, but he got the job at Inter straight away. He could have got a lot more than he got, but he cares about the club.
