So here's a story of why I'm banned for the next decade.

Upon recommendation by the Habbox Help Desk, I want to share my story with you so it doesn't happen to you. I was hanging out in my room, when some people originally from .com came in, and admired my childline furniture, including my super rare Moodi Machine. Everything was well and good, until somebody came in, questioning me about the Moodi. With enthusiasm, I replied that I may sell it if the price was right. He was also intrested in my set of childline teleporters. I gave him a price of for them, after he foolishly offered me 6 credits for them. I told them I'd start at 40HC sofas. Why? Because I follow Habbox for my rare values. I told him that most .co.uk players use habbox for their guide to rare values, because of it's longevity as a reliable and official habbohotel.co.uk fansite. I tell him that most UK players use this website efficiently for their rare values needs, and hoping to help him understand the value of these rares, I directed him to habbox.com.

Then I froze.
Then this happened.
Banned until 2021. For giving out "scam sites" Below is the official reason from habbo.

Completely and utterly shocked, I had no idea what to do. I immediately went to help.habbo.com and filed an appeal for my ban.

In conclusion, I want you ALL to know. Hesitate on mentioning habbox.com, because if you do, you may just end up where I am.

Repeat offenses may be communicated to the police, and your parents. Please review the Habbo Way and Terms for acceptable usage. The ban will expire at 11/6/21 1:36 PM Eastern Time.

well, they cant keep you perm, as i said,
only on habbox, it states, you cant advertise the site... and, how would they know if habbox even says it.. or if you read it on here;p they dont.
AND nowhere on habbo, does it say, you can't say a fansite.
and scam site?
whichever mod commited this horrible act is probably:
1) not from uk, and never heard of habbox ( must spend little time paying attention)
2) replaced with a bot.
3) just rude, and abusing there abilities.

dont get me wrong, alot of mods are very nice... altho i think sulake need's to fire afew...

He basically came in and said be careful about saying it because some of the newer mods may not know it is an official fansite.

I was just sitting in my room, minding my own business, trying to sell my furni. All of a sudden, I was logged out with this error message:

You have been banned! The reason for the ban is "You have been banned until 07-11-2021 11:58:44. Promoting or owning a clone Habbo (Retro) is not permitted. Please review the Habbo Way and Terms for acceptable usage.". The ban will expire at 11/7/21 11:58 AM Eastern Time.

I don't know how on earth this is correct? The only think I can suggest is:

One Habbo asked me where I get my rare values from and I told him www.Habbox.com - it's a Gold Tier Habbo UK Official Fan site. Now, I do NOT own a clone "retro" Habbo and I do NOT promote this. I have been unfairly banned and as a good player of 7 years. This is an outrage.

Unless you have already been permed on that account before then you'll be able to get it unbanned. I had an account banned for being sexually explicit cos I told someone I had their mum. Yh stupid ik. I emailed them loads but obvs wouldnt unban me. I tried again a few months later and they said, if you wait a few months and you review the habbo way we may be able to give you second chance so in April I emailed them apologising and said i read the habbo way and they unbanned me. (It was 6 months after i was banned that i got unbanned)
