I found their service appalling, so I asked if there is anywhere I can submit a complaint about their service so they sent me a reply saying if I "misuse" the CFH then it will have serious consequences on my account and then got banned for 10 mins.

Should give trading standards a call.

The fact I'm reporting somebody who breaking the Habbo way and TOU (in chat) and then all they tell me to do is use the "Ignore" button isn't doing their job. Therefore I wish to put in a complaint to their manager ;]

They shouldn't be able to stop me from putting in a complaint surely?

lmao... they're doing their job, telling you what to do. its the same if something happens here, put them on the ignore list.

complaining about them because they're doing their job, no matter how robotic it may be is pointless. you won't receive a reply and saying I AM GOING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT YOU is abusing the cfh, so they're doing their job.

Do you really think Sulake would be paying them to tell me that? I can use the FAQ's to find that out. Also, the Ignore button would only prevent me from seeing their chat, what about the other people who are stupid enough to visit phishing sites?

If somebody did that on here, I'm sure a mod would do something about it.

Also, I was asking WHERE to put in a complaint. If I rang customer services and I didn't like the service, I have the right to ask to speak to their supervise/manager. Same with in a store. Sulake provide a paid service, therefore we're customers.

no, sulake doesn't provide a paid service. sulake provide a FREE service, with added extras if you wish to purchase them.
there's no registering fee.

you're not paying for the moderators.

if you have a complaint ring them. you'll be complaining about the system, not the moderators, because the SYSTEM replies to cfhs that include certain words to save them time. you're like, the only person ever that i've seen get in a mr legal mood because you was told to use the ignore button..

I guess you've never studied business? Sulake charge for *some* of their services such as HC, VIP and credits. They make profit from this and also pay tax on what they earn. So your saying buying HC, VIP and credits doesn't pay for the moderators?

But what if I didn't know how to ring them? They should be able to point me in the right direction. Like I said, if I asked to speak to their supervisor they should forward me ;)

The fact that I use Habbo on a daily basis, I think they should have better moderators. I'm sure many people would also agree :)
