What email provider do you use? Check your Spam email folder as well sometimes it goes into that.

Are you having difficulty receiving help through the Habbo Help Tool, new passwords and the newsie? Maybe our email isn't getting to you.
It's very important that email from Habbo gets through to you, so that you can receive help when you need it and get a new password sent to you should you forget your own.
Some email providers block our email or treat it like junk mail. We have solutions for some (see below).
If you're not getting email from Habbo and your email provider isn't listed below, one solution we suggest is to sign up for a free email service and use this new email address for your Habbo.
Once you have your new email address, you can register your account to it by first logging in, and then go to Account Settings and then click on MY EMAIL. You will need to enter the birthdate associated with your Habbo plus your email address. A new email will be sent to you inviting you to verify the email address. Click the link in that email and you will be all set.
If you use Hotmail, MSN or Windows Live, follow these directions:
Verify these settings:
Locate the Options button. This should be in the upper right hand corner of the window. (If you are using a different email client to retrieve your hotmail, MSN or Windows Live messages, please log out and access your account via the website)
Once you are in the options panel, please verify that your settings correspond with the ones listed here:
Junk email filter to Low or Standard
Delete Junk Email to deliver to folder and delete later
Also, add the following domains to the Safe List or Allowed senders list:

[email protected]
[email protected]
You may also want to ensure that the domains listed are not on the Blocked senders list. Once these settings are in place, you should be receiving our emails.
After it's working, remember to verify your email address to make sure you get the latest news and updates!
