YouTube to .mp3 [Archive]

I've been buying tracks online for the higher quality but recently I have been getting into more independent stuff which I cant find a download link for. I was wondering if anyone knows a program that allows me to download from youtube in 320kbps? - I have one for 256kbps but I'd like the higher quality.

YouTube and quality :S.

The lowest quality videos are in 64Kbps, HQ ones are 96Kbps and newer HQ ones are 128Kbps.

The only sort of acceptable one is 720p and 1080p which is apparantly 232Kbps, but people have got audio more like 140Kbps average when actually extracted.
