how do you CHmod the cutenews files?

Ok its really simple.

You should read the cutenews README.htm file.
But if you are using cpanel go to file maber click a file you wish to chmod and then edit permissions change to 777 and click done, do it to each file needed. If you are using ftp hightlight fiels wanting to chomod the same, right click then click 'Chmod' and type in 777
