support tool

the support tool is a pain in the ass.

It doesn't remember me even if i choose to "remember me".
It comes up as "logged in as OMG_SHANE" when i clearly log in as Blinger.
It doesn't tell me when i get a reply (which is annoying because you have to check too frequently)...

i'm sure there are more but i can't reply or edit this post so yeh

I'm not a huge fan of the system myself.

If you have an email set up with your forum account it emails you your reply.

It doesn't matter what account you log in on, as long as the name of the account is clearly stated.

i've never got an email saying that i have a reply. and i've used it on three or so accounts/emails.

No because you are posting faults with the support system such as the "remember me" function.
