How to make money on domains

Well just then I was browsing a few domains, and I found some domains that could be sold for a lot of money.

They are free to register but I dont want to register them for no reason.

Any tips on how to know what a good, sellable domain is?

Preferably .com -> .net
No symbols or numbers
Preferably one/two words (maybe three)
No letter prefixes (eg. lowercase e/i)
But PLEASE, don't just buy and then park them, it's so annoying.

Short names, nice ending like .co.uk/.com/.net
And also something that has a name, that if you do a google search of something, it'll be near the top...
Say, I bought "DomainTest.COM"
and some-one typed in Domain, or Domain Test, it'll be near the top = Traffic :D
