Don't need it tbh, there's a mole I want to get removed but that's hardly plastic surgery. Wouldn't mind losing some of the skin around my face so my bones are more prominent but it's not that necessary I'm not droopy or anything and I don't really want scars on my cheeks

Sure I would, I'm not sure what I want done is possible though, it's not exactly one of the standard procedures. I'd have my jaw more defined a long with my cheek bones. And I'd get a bit of lipo too.
