Hey, Some of you might know I already work for VuzeHosting. But Vuze has thought of another idea now. VuzeGaming we are currently in the making of the website. None of the pages will be working at the moment and all the website is being made by one of Vuze's CEO's. I won't babble on about what they are as if you already know, what's the point!

Your offshore reseller allows warez linking and porn and are hosted in the Netherlands, yet if you recieve a DMCA you will take "emediate" action against the account... DMCAs only apply to the US.

Put it in perspective though: if you recieved a British Gas bill when you were with E.ON instead, would you pay up?

I don't think you should be getting involved with the pretty risky sector of Offshore Hosting if your legal knowledge isn't up to scratch.

Good luck with the gaming servers, but seems a bit 'web cheesy' with the flash and bullet sounds at the moment.

Yeah its a torrent client, used to be called Azureus

Thats a big sticking point imo
