Was just messing with Firefox's chrome page and discovered something quite odd.
Open a new tab, and paste this in the address bar:
chrome://browser/content/browser.xul
Effectively it shows your browser window as if it were a web page.
Tested on Mac, Firefox 3.6.3

Basically, all the stuff at the top e.g. tabs, address bar, file, edit, view, back, forward, refresh and so forth appear inside the browser window underneath the ones already there, if that makes sense? :P
