I've did one of those new ticket things instead of the help tool & i've been waiting 6 days for ANY sort of reply. :|
it's so stupid.

Apparently there's a huge backlog or something. I've recently got a Habbo ID problem sorted using it, so they'll get to you eventually.

Techi takes AGES whereas an "idea" will take a few hours / days.

Yeah, same here, I've also been waiting days on end.
they should actually be integrating it with habbo now, or soon, because I hate using my email to "sign in".

I did the ticket thing as well, and immediately got an auto reply to my email that basically said "give is all the information you can". I did. 6 days later some staff member copy pasted the SAME text that i had gotten automatically in my email, and replied to my comment. WTH. If he was going to waste his time doing that, he could have atleast said something indicating he read it or will read it
