I reset my password now over a week ago, I cant recieve it through AOL so on thursday the 4th august I did this;

I emailed and rung sulake and did the habbo help tool, I gave my D.O.B, current email, credit methods etc and asked them to send the email to my Hotmail Account, because AOL is totally useless and I cant recieve it through AOL [yes, I've checked controls & spam folder]

I dont know the original email because I changed it months ago.

Mod-Scor came to my aid this morning but he could not change it because he needed to know my original email and with his limited tools, only the office can help me techniclly.

I was then told by a help desk to go on habbo help tool, type in my username, and type in my hotmail address 3 times. I pressed yes I'm sure I'm typing the right email, gave my D.O.B to the habbo help tool and reset.

The email still haesnt come to my hotmail account now I know for a fact I tried it with a clone a couple of days ago the email came straight away.

I have been told the emails not coming to me because I've reset it so many times its caused lag..can you guys give me your opinions on this?

I dont know what to do now, I've tried everything, my phone bills mega high because I've had to call sulake 5 times now its totally ridiclious and I'm so annoyed.

I've paid so much money to habbo and I just dont know whats going on.

MOD-Supreme has already given the office reminders that my case needs sorting out and its been over a week now and nothings happened. =/

I know your all gonna say be patient but dont you think this is a bit stupid? =/

If it's possible for u to get on Habbo AT ALL go on a Diff account send a call for help saying MOD: Then explain your problem to a online MOD if the is one online :/


also it seems you've tried every possible outcome, maybe you could wait or Send into the habbo help tool

I've never heard of lag through the Email system though, maybe it could be lag n u need to wait.

I think habbo thrive on situations like this, its happened a few times to me and they dont seem to care. Just a way of makeing more money. E.g Signing up again and starting over. Luckily my friends all donated and im back on track.

I dont have much choice really. I'll wait through the weekend and then Monday Night I'll try get a mod to talk to when the hotels less busy about it..Whichever mods on duty late at night I'll settle with.

I'm not starting over, I'm so mad I could cry honestly, all this money and all this time and effort to make what I had =/

I've had enough now there just making me so mad.

i Had this Exact same problem with my Very first account. I Didnt know the e-mail i registered with firstly.

I Get confused when i think about it =/ :s :s

My advice to You is keep nagging MOD's but dont phone sulake because this phone bill could get worse with no solution to your problem. Im no help desk so thats the only advice i can give :) sorry

Well about the phonebill. Use reverse charge and make them pay lmao. Nah, But when i got banned for no reason (Perm) i phoned up and told them what happened with a bit or anger in my voice and they sorted it straight away. So just try and be stern with them.

I've just had enough totally this has upset me the most in a long time..

Just I remember all this time I've been earnign that stuff and this has happened
